YP96 Double Inward-Opening Thermal Break Aluminum Window is a high-performance aluminum window system optimized for energy-saving residential renovation and new-construction projects. Thermal Insulation
Equipped with 45.3mm PA66-GF25 thermal break strips and vertical isotherm design, YP96 effectively reduces heat transfer. Triple-glazed configurations are available for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance.
Heavy-Duty Profiles
Thick-wall aluminum profiles provide excellent structural stability. The load-bearing frame reaches 2.0mm, with general profiles at 1.8mm and screen sash thickness at 1.2mm.
Equal-Pressure Drainage
The exposed-frame drainage structure with drip lines and independent channels creates an equal-pressure drainage path to reduce rainwater infiltration.
Triple Sealing System
Water-vapor separation gaskets and EPDM co-extruded foam seals create a triple-sealing structure, improving air tightness and minimizing heat loss.
Frameless Insect Screen
The detachable frameless screen design allows flexible mesh replacement. Stainless-steel security mesh and standard fly-screen mesh can be selected according to project requirements.
Precision Corner Joint
